As a way of introducing Equity Crowd Funding to New Jersey Companies (prospective Issuers) and New Jersey Residents (prospective Investors) Crowd Funding NJ, Inc. -- New Jersey’s only authorized and registered Equity Crowdfunding Portal -- is sponsoring a New Jersey Equity Crowdfunding Competition -- “Happy New Year – Crowdfunding 2017”
New Jersey Companies interested in raising up to $1 Million of growth capital are invited to submit a CFNJ Equity Crowd Funding Competition, Prospective Issuer Profile (PIP), by March 17th, 2017 (St. Patrick’s Day). The PIP form may be found by clicking the submission form button below. All submissions will be reviewed by Crowd Funding NJ, Inc. Competition winners will be selected and notified by March 31st, 2017. The winner’s New Jersey Equity Crowd Funding Campaigns will be created and opened on the CFNJ Portal during the 2nd Quarter 2017.
1st Place: Turn-key CFNJ Equity Crowd Funding Campaign for FREE ($100,000+ Value).
2nd Place: Turn-key CFNJ Equity Crowd Funding Campaign for 50% Fee ($50,000+ Value).
Competition winners will be selected by Crowd Funding NJ, Inc. based upon the information submitted and any follow-up information requested. The suitability of a company for a New Jersey Equity Crowd Funding campaign will be determined by Crowd Funding NJ, Inc., at their sole discretion. All information submitted by competitors will be considered confidential and will only be shared internally and with Crowd Funding NJ, Inc. affiliates.
In addition to the winners, there will also be 2 runners-up selected. If any of the winners become unable to have a New Jersey Equity Crowd Funding Campaign the other winner will be upgraded, as needed, and the 1st runner-up will be notified.
